Business Central Functional Consultant — CRM Module
Senior BC functional consultant (CRM module) on Nexvoria payroll, deployed to a client on a 1-year project. On-site, Delhi, NCR.
About the Role
You will work as an embedded Business Central functional consultant within a client team, owning the CRM module end to end — contacts, opportunities, the sales pipeline, campaigns, interaction logging and integration with the wider Business Central suite. You will run discovery, configure the solution, drive UAT and support the client through go-live and stabilisation over a one-year engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role with no hybrid or remote option.
What You'll Do
- ✓ Lead CRM discovery and requirement workshops with client stakeholders.
- ✓ Configure the Business Central CRM module and document the solution design.
- ✓ Map CRM processes to the Finance and Sales modules and ensure clean integration.
- ✓ Prepare test scripts, drive UAT, train end-users and manage hypercare.
- ✓ Act as the day-to-day functional point of contact for the client.
What We're Looking For
- → 8–10 years of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional implementation experience.
- → Deep, hands-on expertise in the Business Central CRM module (contacts, opportunities, campaigns and interactions).
- → Has independently led at least three end-to-end Business Central implementations.
- → Strong client-facing communication and workshop-facilitation skills.
- → Available to work full-time on-site in Delhi NCR, with no remote or hybrid requirement.
- → Comfortable with a one-year client-deputation engagement on Nexvoria's payroll.
