Learning budget

₹50,000 per year for books, courses, conferences, and workshops. No approvals required up to ₹15,000 per individual purchase.

Equipment of choice

MacBook Pro, Lenovo ThinkPad, or equivalent — the choice is yours. External monitors, mechanical keyboards, and ergonomic chairs are standard issue.

Quarterly team retreats

Off-sites, leadership workshops, and strategy days. An annual all-team retreat is held at a destination location.
