Business Central Functional Consultant — CRM Module
Senior in-house Business Central functional consultant owning CRM-module delivery across Nexvoria's implementations. Full-time and on-site in Gurugram.
About the Role
You will own functional delivery of the Business Central CRM module across Nexvoria's implementations — contacts, opportunities, the sales pipeline, campaigns and interaction logging, integrated with the Finance and Sales modules. You will lead workshops, configure the solution, drive UAT and mentor junior consultants from our Gurugram office. This is a full-time, on-site role with no hybrid or remote option.
What You'll Do
- ✓ Lead CRM discovery and blueprint the solution.
- ✓ Configure the Business Central CRM module and integrate it with the Finance and Sales modules.
- ✓ Drive UAT, train end-users and manage hypercare.
- ✓ Mentor junior consultants on CRM delivery.
What We're Looking For
- → 8–10 years of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional implementation experience.
- → Deep, hands-on expertise in the Business Central CRM module.
- → A solid understanding of how CRM integrates with the Finance and Sales modules.
- → Has led at least three end-to-end Business Central implementations.
- → Available to work full-time on-site in Gurugram, with no remote or hybrid requirement.
