Full-Stack Developer – React.js, Node.js & Flutter

NEXVORIA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer with Mobile Application Development experience to join our Product Engineering team in Gurugram. The selected candidate will primarily work on KINVIYO™, our Family Awareness & Continuity Platform, across its Web Application, Backend APIs, Database and Android/iOS Mobile Application. This is an end-to-end product development role rather than a frontend-only, backend-only or mobile-only position. We are looking for a developer who can understand an existing production codebase, analyse business requirements, design technical solutions, develop features across multiple application layers, integrate APIs, troubleshoot issues independently and take ownership from development through testing and deployment. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in full-stack web development using React.js, TypeScript and Node.js, along with practical mobile application development experience using Flutter and Dart. • ✓ Develop, maintain and enhance the KINVIYO™ web and mobile applications.
• ✓ Work across frontend, backend, database and mobile application layers.
• ✓ Build responsive and reusable web interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• ✓ Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• ✓ Design, maintain and optimise PostgreSQL databases.
• ✓ Develop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• ✓ Build responsive, reusable and scalable Flutter UI components.
• ✓ Integrate Web and Mobile applications with REST APIs.
• ✓ Implement authentication, authorisation and role-based access controls.
• ✓ Integrate Firebase services including push notifications, Crashlytics and Analytics where required.
• ✓ Implement secure local storage and application data handling.
• ✓ Work with Flutter state management solutions such as Riverpod, Provider, BLoC or equivalent.
• ✓ Develop features involving dashboards, family data, documents, notifications, subscriptions and other product modules.
• ✓ Handle file and document upload/retrieval workflows securely.
• ✓ Integrate email, notification, payment/subscription and third-party services.
• ✓ Understand and safely modify an existing production codebase.
• ✓ Debug frontend, backend, API, database and mobile application issues independently.
• ✓ Diagnose and resolve application crashes and production issues.
• ✓ Perform root-cause analysis rather than applying temporary fixes.
• ✓ Optimise web and mobile application performance, responsiveness and reliability.
• ✓ Write clean, modular, reusable, maintainable and testable code.
• ✓ Implement proper validation, exception handling and application logging.

• ✓ Participate in web and mobile application deployment and release processes.

• ✓ Coordinate with management, UI/UX, QA and other development team members.
• ✓ Document important technical implementations and architectural decisions.
• ✓ Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features from requirement analysis through production deployment.

• → 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• → Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• → Practical experience developing backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
• → Strong understanding of REST API development and integration.
• → Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• → Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable relational database.
• → Practical experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• → Experience building Flutter applications for Android and/or iOS.
• → Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON data in mobile applications.
• → Understanding of Flutter widget lifecycle, responsive layouts and application architecture.
• → Experience with Flutter state management such as Riverpod, Provider, BLoC or GetX.
• → Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics or Analytics.
• → Understanding of authentication, authorisation and secure application development.
• → Experience using Git/GitHub in a collaborative development environment.
• → Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• → Ability to understand and work with an existing production codebase.
