Yes. We agree a first version that is useful on its own, release it, then grow it in phases.

Who owns the code?

Ownership is set out in the contract before we start. For client-specific software it is normally yours.

Can you host and support it?

Yes. We host on Azure with monitoring and backups, and offer support plans after launch.
