Automation and integration
Stop retyping.Let your apps talk.
Approval flows, document handling, simple apps for field and shop-floor teams, and data that moves between your systems on its own, built on Power Automate, Power Apps and APIs.
What changes.
Where automation usually pays back first.
Automations that are built to last.
Designed, documented and monitored, not one-off scripts nobody understands.
How it works.
We start with the one or two processes that waste the most time, prove the value, then extend.
- 01UnderstandMap the process and its exceptions.
- 02DesignAgree the flow, rules and approvals.
- 03BuildFlows, apps and connectors built.
- 04TestRun with real cases and edge cases.
- 05Run and improveMonitoring, fixes and new automations.
Who it is for.
- Teams chasing approvals over email and WhatsApp
- Companies running several apps that do not talk to each other
- Field and shop-floor teams on paper forms
- Finance teams copying data between systems
Tools we use
We also supply Power Apps and Power Automate licences, choosing per-user or per-app plans by how the apps will be used.
Questions, answered.
If yours is not here, ask us. We reply the same business day.
Which processes are best to automate first?
Repetitive, rules-based work done many times a week: approvals, data copying between systems, report compilation and document filing.
Power Automate or a custom integration?
Power Automate suits most business workflows. For very high volumes or complex logic we build a custom integration with APIs instead. We recommend per case.
Do we need extra licences?
Some flows run on your Microsoft 365 licences; premium connectors and custom apps need Power Automate or Power Apps plans. We tell you before building.
What if a flow fails?
Every automation we build has failure alerts and a run log, and our support desk can fix or adjust it.
