How buying works.

Five simple steps, the same for one licence or two hundred.

  1. 01ReviewWe list your users and what each one does, and look at the licences you already have.
  2. 02RecommendYou get a written licence plan: which plan for whom, and why.
  3. 03Order and activateWe order the licences and switch them on in your Microsoft account.
  4. 04Set upUsers, security and sign-in set up properly, so the licences are actually used.
  5. 05Review and renewAdd or remove users as you grow, and a review before every renewal.

Getting the mix right.

Where most companies overspend on Microsoft licences, and how we avoid it.

01Not everyone needs a full licenceApprovers, managers who only read reports and warehouse staff often fit Team Members or Device licences.
02Choose the edition once, carefullyBusiness Central Essentials and Premium cannot be mixed in one company, so the choice is made against your real processes.
03Remove licences nobody usesPeople leave and licences stay. We check usage before each renewal and switch off what is idle.
04Add Copilot where it paysStart with the people who write, analyse or meet the most, measure the benefit, then extend.

Questions, answered.

If yours is not here, ask us. We reply the same business day.

Can I buy Business Central licences directly from Microsoft?

Business Central is sold through Microsoft partners. NEXVORIA™ supplies the licences and can also implement and support the system, so one team is responsible for both.

Can different users have different Business Central licences?

Yes for user types: full users take Essentials or Premium, light users take Team Members and shared stations take Device licences. The edition itself is one choice for the whole company: you cannot mix Essentials and Premium users in one deployment.

Do I need Premium?

Only if you need manufacturing or service management inside Business Central. Most trading, distribution and services companies run well on Essentials.

We already have Microsoft 365. Can you take it over?

Yes. We review what you have, remove licences nobody uses, and move you to NEXVORIA™ for billing and support without disturbing email or Teams.

Is Copilot included in Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a paid add-on or a bundled plan on top of a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan. We help you decide who would actually benefit before you buy it for everyone.

How are licences billed?

Monthly or yearly, depending on the product and term you choose. We confirm the terms in writing before ordering.
