Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Business Central,set up your way.

We implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central around how your business actually works: finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing and sales, with GST and TDS, your data moved across, and your people trained.

What changes.

What owners and finance teams usually notice in the first months on Business Central.

01One set of booksEvery branch and company posts into one system, so month-end stops depending on spreadsheets.
02Stock you can trustQuantities and values by location and batch, updated as goods move.
03GST from the invoiceTax is calculated on the document, with e-invoice and e-way bill ready data.
04Approvals in the systemPurchase orders, payments and credit limits approved by the right person, with a trail.
05Reports on demandTrial balance, ageing, stock and profit reports without waiting for someone to compile them.
What you get

A working Business Central, not just a licence.

Everything needed to go live and keep running, in one project with fixed phases.

  • Distributors and traders with several warehouses

Questions, answered.

If yours is not here, ask us. We reply the same business day.

How long does a Business Central implementation take?

It depends on the modules, the number of companies and the data to move. You get a phased plan with dates after the fit-gap review, before you commit to the full project.

Can Business Central handle Indian GST and TDS?

Yes. Business Central has India localisation for GST and TDS, and we configure it for your registrations, branches and tax rules.

Can you move our data from Tally or Excel?

Yes. We move masters, opening balances and open documents, check them with your finance team, and keep your history available for reporting.

Essentials or Premium?

Essentials covers finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects. You need Premium for manufacturing or service management. We recommend the edition after the fit-gap review.

What happens after go-live?

A support desk with same-day response on business days, and priority support plans if you need faster cover. Improvements continue as your business changes.
